Sarah Al-Harbi

As a child , I always wondered how the devices around us worked ? And how the Internet connects the world together ? The story began at the age of fifteen , and from here my passion for the world of programming and computers began . I had the opportunity to register for the Mawhiba Scale test , and my goal was to obtain a partnership with schools .  

After the results came out , unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to partner with schools, but Mawhiba provided enrichment programs in the summer, where Mawhiba offered me many fields , including computers and programming , and because of my love for the world of programming and my passion for it, I did not hesitate to choose this field , as the program was held at King Faisal University in Riyadh , and it lasted for a month . 

I benefited a lot from this program presented by “ Mawhiba ” . My personality developed in terms of academic and social skills , and upon completion of the program, I obtained an accredited certificate . 

Because my motto in this life is (I do not skimp on what I have learned) , I have offered many courses in my school based on what I have learned from Mawhiba’s enrichment programs in the field of programming , and then I advised many students to register in Mawhiba ’s scale to discover their talents .  

In my childhood, they were just questions , but after entering the Mawhiba enrichment programs , I learned that questions must be pursued , and that the world of programming requires work and discovery.  

In 2018, I participated in the Scientific Creativity Olympiad with the invention of ( the talking pillow), but I did not qualify . Because my ambition did not stop , I decided to participate again in 2019 with a research paper (Improving the driver’s driving behavior through sensors in the mobile phone and car). I did not qualify , but I did not stop . I participated with the same research paper in the scientific research competition at the Nahda Library level , and I won first place .  

In conclusion , thank God , I am now a student at King Saud University , and I will not stop here , and I will continue to pursue my goals .
